For a long time I’ve had a Pampered Chef cutting board, which came with a non-slip pad when I got it. I use it under all of my cutting boards so they stay still on my counter. And just last week I stuck it under a cookie sheet that I was using as a makeshift flat surface to roll out bread dough (read: I was too lazy to get on the stepladder and pull out the giant glass board for rolling stuff out).
And it occurred to me that this might be a good tip to share! The non-slip pad is identical to a non-slip rug pad, like this one pictured from Lowe’s, which is only $4 for a 2′x4′ piece. It rinses off easily and keeps you from losing food when your cutting board moves!
Works for me! For more, go to the new home of Works for Me Wednesday, We Are THAT Family.

It can also be used under your BOOS cutting board….lol
I would LOVE a Boos cutting board, Jake
Got one in my garage for you…..got a couple if you want them.
That is a great idea! I usually use a wet paper towel, but that doesn’t always work.
Hope you have a great day!

Did you know a wet/damp washcloth does the same thing? Fun tip!
